Went to the SP flag day yesterday.Its a compulsory thing for all first year students at SP.Overall the experience was very fun.But find it a little too early as we have to reach city hall
MRT at 7.45 to catch those going to work.
We were told to collect from 7.45 to 10 o'clock to have brunch(breakfast+lunch).I went to the top of an exit at the other end the train station as the others from my class were all at the exit to raffles city.I went with Eugene and
Jie Min to the other exit.The people there were quite generous but most of the people just walked off.We left the place to meet the rest 9.45 at
suntec.By the time our tins were already quite heavy.I collected about 9 $2 notes while
Jie Min got 2 $10 notes.
The class went to
KFC for our meals.The lecturer to our budget is $7.50 but told us its okay to order more as he will pay the extras so the whole class was all shouting
UPSIZE.Some even ordered a meal plus
snackers.
After the meal, the lecturer told us to go back collecting and meet back in school at around 3.SO after eating, Me, Alvin,
Jie Min and Eugene decided that our tins are heavy enough so we stopped collecting and went to slack around.First we went to the library at esplanade as
Jie Min wanted to use the computer to buy some things from
blogshop.
After that we went shopping at marina square.Alvin then went off to drink
starburks with his friend.Went world of sports and i realise that they do not have and1 shoes there.After that, we went to Raffles City's J.CO.drank iced
chocolate which came with complimentary donut.find the iced choc average but the donut was super nice.
Then at 2, we met several of our classmates at city hall to go back to SP together.We were surprised that some of their tins were a lot lighter than ours even though we did for less than two hours while they did almost four hours.however one of them actually managed to collect 4 $10 notes.
We went back to SP and started counting our money.i collected $46.30 and was fourth in the class.
Jie Min collected $60 plus.The top in our class collected $103.However i regretted slacking after lunch and cannot imagine the amount i would have collected if i did not went off to slack.There's even a chance i could get the highest and win a cruise.But
nvm, I'm still quite satisfied with collecting $46.30.
After counting the money, we were dismissed and i was thinking whether to go to the welcome party at 4.30.I have to wait about an hour b4 the party starts.Decided not to after both Jackie and Mao called to meet at the
MRT station to go home together.Went to play BB after coming back to
Khatib.
Went to play BB just now again.Also went to meet
Chong Yong and our
soccers friends to talk about our soccer team.(anyone interested in joining?we are short on numbers)Been playing a lot of BB this few days as i feel my fitness level is quite low so have to play more to improve my fitness.
